Stuck on what to eat in the morning as a vegan? Or just need some more ideas?
Don’t panic, there are tonsssss of options for breakfast, most you should have traded in for your waffles, syrup, and bacon forever ago! Try some of these instead.
Tofu “scrambled eggs”
Whole wheat vegan pancakes
Oatmeal or cereal with fruit
Whole wheat toast and avacado

Bacon and sausage SAY WHA…. Yep! Morning star makes great vegan “meat” products that can be found almost anywhere.
Breakfast taco, burrito, or pizza. I love throwing in a bunch of leftover veggies.
Quinoa! So many breakfast recipes, try adding cinnamon or fruit and organic sugar

Vegan breakfast sandwhich- use a vegan friendly english muffin or bagel, soy cheese, spinach, tomato, and whatever else you have.

AND if you’re on the go, the options for a quick meal are much better than skipping out.
Try
● Whole grain toast or bagel (Thomas’s bagels are vegan!) Try it with peanut butter, almond butter, or apple butter for an even healthier option.
●Fruit! Or Smoothies
●Non dairy yogurt & granola
●Protein or energy bars nature valley, cliff, luna, mojo and many other brands offer vegan options or you can look up a recipe to bake the day before
●Banana and peanut butter- my all time favorite
●Breakfast wraps- throw some leftover veggies and rice or potato or whatever you have into the microwave and into a cruelty free wrap (I use mission brand) and you’re done.
●Protein shake (plant based protein powder + dairy free ice cream + almond milk) Yummy!
●Unfrosted pop tarts are accidently vegan! Not a healthy option but a fast one!
*Baking vegan muffins, breads, or doughnuts ahead of time is also a great choice, just google some vegan recipes and freeze leftovers.
